Mobile Offline

The Mobile Offline plugin extends CMDBuild Mobile, allowing users to access and manage selected CMDBuild data even when network connectivity is unavailable.

The plugin enables users to:

  • Download a predefined dataset from CMDBuild
  • Access and manage the selected data while offline
  • Synchronize local changes when connectivity is restored
  • Submit modifications for administrator review before they are applied to the system

Mobile Offline is designed for mobile scenarios where continuous access to the CMDBuild server cannot be guaranteed, such as field operations, inspections, maintenance activities, and on-site data collection.

Depending on the configured dataset, the plugin can make the following resources available offline:

  • Classes
  • Processes
  • SQL Views
  • Join Views
  • Custom Pages

Only resources explicitly included in a dataset are downloaded and made available offline.
