TypeConnector DistributionSubscription

The vCenter connector imports into CMDBuild the inventory of one or more VMware vCenter Server instances.

It connects to vCenter in read-only mode, so that the virtual infrastructure (hosts, clusters, virtual machines, storage and networks) can be kept up to date in the CMDB. ESXi hosts managed directly, without a vCenter, are not supported.

The connector retrieves the following categories of information:

• Virtualization
• Storage
• Networking
