Anticipay - Italian Cadastre & Land Registry

The Anticipay Italian Cadastre & Land Registry connector allows querying cadastral and real estate data from the Italian land registries through the Anticipay service.

In particular, it allows requesting, directly from CMDBuild cards, an official ADE report about:

• a property (Property land registry), starting from the cadastral data of a Unit card;
• a legal entity (Subject land registry), starting from a Corporate Group card: one report is requested for each province associated with the subject.

The received reports are attached to the card from which the request was started.

The connector retrieves the following categories of information:
